This website (www.keyorix.com) is operated by Keyorix S.L., a company registered in Spain ("Keyorix", "we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover this website, its content and its forms. Your use of the Keyorix software is governed by its license (section 3), and any paid services, such as support or a Vault Health Assessment, by a separate written agreement.

The Keyorix software is open source, released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). The license terms govern your use, modification and distribution of the software; see the LICENSE file in our repository. Commercial licenses are available for organizations that cannot use the software under the AGPL; contact hello@keyorix.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights
• Send malicious code, spam or automated form submissions
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data you send us through this website.

The website's content, design, and the Keyorix name and logo belong to Keyorix S.L. The Keyorix software is licensed under the terms stated in section 3.
